Shipping Policy

TechTic delivers nationwide in South Africa. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Standard delivery is typically 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery area, product availability and courier network.

Free Delivery

Free delivery applies to qualifying orders over R1,000. Please note: Free delivery does not apply to bulky items where any single side exceeds 90cm. Standard shipping rates will apply to bulky items regardless of order value.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is available from R100, depending on the cart and delivery area. Shipping costs are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Bulky Items

Items where any single side exceeds 90cm are classified as bulky items. Bulky items are subject to standard shipping rates and are not eligible for free delivery, regardless of order value. Shipping costs for bulky items will be shown at checkout.

Collection

TechTic is primarily an online store. Collection is not offered unless specifically arranged and confirmed by support.
