Eligible items may be returned according to TechTic's return policy. Items must be returned in the required condition with original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase where applicable.

Defective or damaged items should be reported as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Some items may not qualify for return if they have been used, damaged, altered, are missing accessories, or fall outside the applicable policy conditions. Warranty claims may require manufacturer assessment.
