Refund & Return policy
Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. General
We have a 30-day hassle free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may return your order or request a replacement should you not be completely satisfied with your order.
If you are not satisfied with the product, we can send you a replacement or refund you send us and email and we will refund or replace your and advise where to ship the product back to.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@techtic.co.za. Once your return is received, we’ll send you a downloadable return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

2. Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, once we receive your return we will either refund you or send you a replacement, depending on what you decide. Should you request a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
