Warranty Policy (Summary): All products sold by TechTic are covered against manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms below. Warranty does not cover accidental damage (drops/cracks), liquid damage, power surges, misuse, normal wear-and-tear (including battery degradation), unauthorised repairs, software issues, or tampered serial/IMEI numbers. Claims require proof of purchase (invoice/order number) and may require the serial/IMEI; items must be returned with accessories where relevant. If no fault is found or damage falls under exclusions, return/shipping or assessment costs may apply. We are not responsible for data loss—please back up devices before returning them—and liability is limited to the purchase price where permitted by law.
